Job Summary

Own the core marketing coordinator role for trade shows and cross‑channel content, owning show logistics, brand alignment with sales, and multimedia assets that drive event awareness.

Trade Show Ownership: plan 10–15 shows annually, budgets, demos, logistics, and post‑show reporting.
Content & Materials: write and edit print/digital assets, develop promos and booth materials, align branding with sales and vendors.
Video & Multimedia: coordinate short form videos for web and social, ensuring on‑brand messaging across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing 10–15 annual trade shows, including booth coordination, logistics, demos, budgets, and post‑show reporting
Partnering with sales and vendors to align branding, messaging, and digital content
Writing and editing print, digital, email, and website marketing content
Developing trade show and product promotional materials
Coordinating and edit short‑form marketing videos for web and social channels

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
3-6 years of marketing experience (B2B industrial / manufacturing preferred)
Strong copywriting and editing skills
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
Experience creating engaging multimedia marketing content
Trade show coordination experience
