Job Description
Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing campaign performance across paid ads, email marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms
- Monitor key marketing metrics including traffic, conversions, ROAS, CTR, and customer engagement
- Assist with reporting and dashboard creation for marketing performance tracking
- Help identify customer trends, purchasing behavior, and growth opportunities
- Support A/B testing and performance analysis for advertisements and landing pages
- Assist in gathering and organizing competitor and market research
- Work with marketing and creative teams to improve campaign effectiveness
- Maintain organized reports, spreadsheets, and marketing data records
- Help identify opportunities for optimization and operational improvements
- Participate in improving marketing workflows, reporting systems, and analytics processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
- Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, analytics, or consumer behavior
Preferred
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Shopify, or other reporting tools is preferred
