Job Summary

Own the end-to-end media planning lifecycle to drive sales and optimize partner programs, from strategy and activation to measurement and reporting.

Plan strategic media placements and define targeting, flighting, and budgets.
Collaborate with analytics and cross-functional teams to measure impact and share post-campaign insights.
Ensure assets are gathered and campaigns activated smoothly with proactive monitoring and in-flight optimization.

Plan strategic media placements (on-site, off-site, in-store) to drive sales growth and maximize value for vendor partner programs.
Develop comprehensive media plans, create insertion orders, and define targeting, flighting, and budget allocation strategies.
Partner with data analytics teams to measure campaign impact and craft engaging post-campaign reporting for clients.
Gather necessary creative assets and coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign activation.
Provide proactive tracking, in-flight optimization, and performance updates to internal stakeholders and brand partners.

5+ years of experience in media planning, advertising, or e-commerce marketing and 2+ years of people management experience.
Experience utilizing sales and on-site performance data to formulate campaign recommendations.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
