Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy : Develop and execute a data-driven strategy to grow third-party delivery balancing sales growth with margin optimization.
  • Marketplace Performance : Own performance across delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, ezCater ), including promotions, ads, and merchandising.
  • Product & UX : Manage the end- to -end user experience across third-party platforms, including menu architecture, pricing, and availability.
  • Commercial Optimization : Build and optimize promotional calendars, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI across all marketplace investments.
  • Channel Governance : Establish pricing, menu, and availability guardrails across all off- premise channels to protect brand standards and profitability.
  • Testing & Innovation : Lead a test-and-learn roadmap ( promotions, bundling, upsell strategies, group ordering) to improve conversion and order size .
  • Analytics & Insights: Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (sales, fees, check size , profitability , conversion, ratings, cancellations, etc.) to inform decisions and strategy.
  • Vendor Management: Own relationships with third-party delivery partners and technology providers, including regular business reviews and performance tracking.
  • Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize enhancements across ordering platforms based on business goals and franchisee feedback.
  • Franchisee Engagement: Partner closely with franchisees and advisory groups to gather insights, drive adoption, and ensure successful execution.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital commerce, marketplace management, or off- premise strategy, ideally in QSR or the restaurant space
  • Proven ability to drive growth through third-party delivery platforms with strong understanding of promotions, ads, and unit economics
  • Experience working with digital ordering ecosystems (e.g., Olo, aggregators, POS integrations)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI or Looker
  • Track record of owning cross-functional initiatives (product, marketing, operations)
  • Experience managing external partners and vendors, including negotiations and performance management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required (technical or analytical field preferred)
