Growth and Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Own brand positioning and messaging across channels, making technical products in simulation, evaluation, and observability clear to buyers.
• Create content for AI engineers and founders, including technical posts, launch announcements, case studies, and product teardowns.
• Build inbound growth from the ground up through SEO, generative engine optimization, and AI-native distribution.
• Run and measure experiments across social, email, paid, and community channels, iterating based on results.
• Develop creative campaigns that build awareness in voice AI and conversational AI markets.
• Lead product marketing and launches, including competitive positioning and sales messaging and materials.
• Build community and ecosystem presence through events, executive dinners, and co-marketing.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of startup marketing or growth experience, with hands-on work demonstrated through a portfolio or relevant background.
• Experience improving discoverability and organic reach through SEO and generative engine optimization.
• Examples of creative or unconventional campaigns that delivered measurable results.
• Ability to build data-driven programs from scratch, track campaign performance, and operate autonomously.
• Familiarity with product-led growth metrics and systems.
• Experience creating content and narratives for technical audiences, ideally in developer tools, AI infrastructure, or technical SaaS.
