Beyond the Game Health (BTGH) | Where sports powers community health.We turn arenas, parks, and gym floors into access points for screenings, education, and advocacy. Our turnkey activations meet families where they are and move them from awareness to action—especially in underserved communities.What we do• Health Villages & Screenings: blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, kidney health; “know your numbers”; on-site referrals and follow-ups.• Athlete-Led Panels & Workshops: mental health, women’s health, chronic illness navigation, organ donation awareness, caregiver support.• Youth Clinics & Tournaments: basketball, soccer, girls’ flag football; hydration & nutrition education; wellness kits.• Webinars & Career Readiness: NIL literacy, agents/sports law, financial literacy, mock interviews, resumes, college mentorship, athlete mental health, playing overseas, speed networking, virtual somatic exercises for performance anxiety.• Digital Amplification: reels, live Q&As, and partner content that extend impact beyond event day.How we deliver impact• Trusted voices: athlete storytelling + patient advocates that open doors to care.• Cultural relevance: programs built with local leaders, schools, and faith groups.• Measurable results: screenings completed, resources distributed, referrals scheduled, digital reach reported.Who we areFounded and led by Shamekka Marty, PMP, CSM, BCPA—patient advocate, transplant recipient, caregiver, and community builder—BTGH blends sports, health equity, and advocacy to create lasting impact.
