Founding Growth Lead

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize demand generation channels that grow qualified leads and convert them into enterprise sales pipeline.
• Own marketing operations, including attribution, automation, lead routing, segmentation, and funnel reporting.
• Partner with sales and product teams to develop go-to-market messaging for AI and logistics solutions.
• Test and scale paid acquisition, email nurture, website conversion, account-based marketing, SEO, answer engine optimization, and emerging channels.
• Manage agencies, contractors, and specialist partners to accelerate channel execution.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or account-based marketing.
• Experience at a startup-stage or rapidly growing software or SaaS company, with a track record of building a channel or demand generation program from the ground up.
• Experience marketing enterprise technology in a sales-led environment, and an understanding of MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline conversion.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation, attribution software, CRM reporting, and website tracking.
• Experience across channels such as paid digital, email, website, and content, plus a demonstrated strength in at least one area.
• A completed degree.
