Email Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Work with the CRM Manager to execute email, direct mail, and SMS campaigns for new and existing brands to grow target market share, increase sales revenue, attract new guests, increase guest retention, and enhance upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Execute, measure and report on communication campaigns efficacy across Turning Stone Enterprises brands. Identify and report out which campaigns encourage guest retention, guest loyalty and guest spend
• Assist the CRM Manager with Guest Journey Mapping analyzing touchpoints and leveraging cross-marketing, upsell strategies
• Work closely with all departments to ensure campaigns work effectively
• Create and optimize landing pages for email marketing campaigns
• Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
• Deploy testing strategies for email, direct mail, and SMS campaigns and report out on the most effective approach for Turning Stone Enterprises
• Craft and deliver reporting analyses, along with opportunistic recommendations, to marketing leadership
• Maintain external professional relationships to assure specialized expertise and development
