Responsibilities

• Assemble and deploy approximately 10 recurring monthly and weekly email newsletters within established templates to maintain consistent brand engagement.
• Provide dedicated technical coverage on high-priority deployment windows, actively troubleshooting last-minute changes and audience segmentation.
• Audit and debug custom HTML code across desktop and mobile views to resolve formatting, display, and link integrity issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to proactively gather content assets and streamline delivery workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing mid-to-senior level email marketing execution and distribution workflows.
• Expert technical proficiency in MailChimp, HTML troubleshooting, and CRM/database management tools like Razor's Edge NXT or Luminate.
• Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot platform issues, copyedit content (AP Style), and pull complex audience lists under tight deadlines.
• Strong proactive communication skills with a collaborative approach to partnering directly with internal design teams and project stakeholders.
