Job Description
Responsibilities
- ICP research, targeting, and segmentation
- Lead sourcing, enrichment, verification, and list quality
- Domain and mailbox infrastructure
- SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and deliverability
- Mailbox warm-up and sending ramp
- Instantly campaign setup and management
- Cold email copywriting and follow-up sequences
- A/B testing of audiences, offers, angles, and copy
- Monitoring bounce rates, replies, positive responses, and meetings
- Identifying why campaigns are underperforming and making changes quickly
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing cold email infrastructure and campaigns at meaningful volume, preferably across multiple B2B clients.
- Ability to think independently.
- Experience with tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, email verification/enrichment platforms, and domain/mailbox infrastructure is strongly preferred.
