Responsibilities

• Write fundraising email and SMS copy that sounds like the candidate or organization, not a template
• Own email calendars, audience segmentation, testing, scheduling, and sends
• Develop fundraising strategy based on each client's goals, audience, and performance
• Track and report on revenue, conversion, engagement, deliverability, and list health
• Use performance data to continuously improve copy, targeting, and fundraising results
• Handle rapid-response fundraising around breaking news, campaign moments, filing deadlines, and other opportunities

Requirements

• At least one cycle of political or advocacy email fundraising experience, or comparable direct-response fundraising experience
• Genuinely strong writing skills and the ability to make a clear, compelling ask
• Experience working in campaign CRMs, email platforms, and fundraising tools
• Fluency with the metrics that matter and the judgment to know what to do with them
• The ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
• The discipline to manage several clients, competing priorities, and hard deadlines
