Job Summary

Own end-to-end eCommerce content and site hygiene across PDPs, A+ content, brand stores, imagery, feeds, pricing, promotions, reviews, email marketing, and customer service, with ongoing reporting and cross‑channel readiness; lead collaboration with marketing, licensing, and external partners to keep product pages accurate, current, and optimized for conversion.

  • PDP content management across styles, colors, and variations
  • A+ and brand content, enhanced media, and brand stories
  • Feeds, pricing, promotions, reviews, and customer service coordination

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Product pages (PDPs): Set up and maintain every style and color on every account. That covers titles, bullets, attributes, size charts and variations, all to each platform's spec.
  • A+ and enhanced content: Build and refresh Amazon A+ and Brand Story, Walmart rich media, and the equivalents elsewhere. Start with the hero styles.
  • Brand stores and banners: Update the Amazon Brand Store, Floafers.com homepage and collections, shop storefronts, and NuORDER and Faire brand pages ahead of each season and key event.
  • Imagery and video: Manage the image set for each account to its spec. Work with marketing on lifestyle, video and UGC.
  • Feeds and catalog health: Keep Shopify accurate as the source feed for Meta and Google. Clear suppressions, disapprovals and out-of-stock flags weekly.
  • Pricing and MAP: Check that MAP holds everywhere. When goods go off-price, change MAP on every channel at the same time.
  • Promotions and events: Submit approved events only, such as Prime Day, Nordstrom Anniversary and BFCM. Follow standing rules, including keeping the Prodigy out of promotions.
  • Reviews and Q&A: Answer customer questions and send product issues to the CEO.
  • Email marketing: Plan and send the email calendar, covering launches, seasonal drops, promotions and automated flows such as welcome, abandoned cart and post-purchase. Build the emails yourself and keep the list clean and segmented. Report revenue per send to the C-Suite.
  • eCommerce customer service: Own customer service for our online orders on Floafers.com, and any marketplace customer inquiries that come to Floafers. That covers order status, returns and exchanges, sizing questions and product complaints. Answer within one business day, track recurring issues, and send product or fulfillment problems to the CEO and operations.

Requirements

  • 4 or more years managing eCommerce content or marketplace accounts, ideally in footwear, apparel or consumer products.
  • Hands-on experience in Shopify admin and Amazon (Vendor Central and A+), plus at least one other retailer portal such as Walmart, Nordstrom or Mirakl-based marketplaces.
  • Working knowledge of product feeds through Google Merchant Center and Meta Commerce Manager.

Benefits

  • Flexible spending account
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
