Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deal, Licensing & Partnership Operations

  • - Identify and address partnership risks, execution gaps, and missed deadlines
  • - Administer licensing agreement operations, including partner approvals, product and asset requirements, line sheets, retail listing coordination, and post-launch reporting

Requirements

  • You bring genuine relationships and credibility across music, culture, entertainment, fashion, beauty, and talent circles
  • You have strong commercial judgment and contract, vendor, and budget management skills, and are comfortable supporting deal negotiations
  • You have experience managing or briefing an external PR agency and holding partners accountable to scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • You’re a natural relationship builder who can confidently work with talent, agents, managers, agencies, brand executives, vendors, and other senior external partners
  • You’re highly organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple active deals, launches, budgets, events, and partner relationships at once
  • You can balance creative instincts with commercial and operational thinking
  • You’re proactive, resourceful, and comfortable owning day-to-day execution in a fast-moving, collaborative environment while deferring final brand-fit and strategic decisions to the VP of Brand Marketing
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and a sharp instinct for what feels relevant, differentiated, and unmistakably Starface
