Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive marketing and communications plan that enhances awareness of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the South-Central PA and its mission.
- Align all marketing efforts with the organization’s strategic goals and annual objectives.
- Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across all materials and platforms.
- Manage the organization’s website, social media accounts, and digital content strategy to drive engagement and support recruitment and fundraising initiatives.
- Create and manage content calendars, campaigns, and analytics tracking to optimize online presence.
- Manage email marketing, newsletters, and digital storytelling efforts.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that increase volunteer and youth participation.
- Collaborate with program staff to create compelling recruitment materials and success stories.
- Highlight the impact of mentorship through testimonials, videos, and visual campaigns.
- Support development staff in promoting fundraising events, campaigns, and donor engagement initiatives.
