Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage KEG’s social media accounts and content calendar, including designing content.
- Update and maintain KEG’s website.
- Create graphics, marketing materials, presentations, advertisements, and other content.
- Develop internal communications, including KEG’s weekly employee newsletter.
- Gather photos, videos, project updates, and employee stories for marketing purposes.
- Help plan company, client, and community events.
- Coordinate promotional items and branded merchandise.
- Support business development and marketing initiatives.
- Participate in industry and community organizations and events.
- Assist with recruiting, career fairs, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 3+ years of related experience preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong writing and graphic design skills.
- Experience managing business social media accounts, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Experience creating digital and print marketing materials.
- Proficiency in updating websites and managing online content.
- Experience planning and coordinating events.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.
