Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute paid media buys across search engines, social, DOOH, display networks, CTV/OTT, and Digital Audio.
- Leverage Stratum’s digital buying platform for purchasing (Basis).
- Oversee the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to significantly enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in digital advertising.
- Work closely with stakeholders to manage and allocate budgets effectively.
- Monitor spending and ensure campaigns are executed within budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to develop cohesive media buying strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, communication, business, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of extensive experience in digital marketing, with emphasis on media buying, campaign management, and optimization.
- Proven expertise in DSP buying or similar digital buying marketplaces required, Basis experience highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
