Job Description

Responsibilities

Video Editing & Multimedia Content: Cut, edit, and produce high-impact video content for social media channels, local features, and ad campaigns.
Client Support & Social Management: Update client social media feeds, manage digital assets, and keep brand messaging consistent and active.
Digital Campaigns & Ads: Assist with setting up, monitoring, and scaling performance marketing campaigns, including Google Ads.
Multi-Platform Website & Tech Maintenance: Help manage and update client websites across a variety of content management platforms and systems (training provided).

Requirements

Ambition and Drive: A strong desire to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility as our agency scales.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Resourceful, analytical, and capable of figuring things out when faced with a new technical hurdle.
Comfort with Computers & Tech: Naturally fluent with software, digital tools, and file organization.
Video Editing Experience: Familiarity with modern video editing software or a strong creative eye for cutting engaging short-form and promotional video content.
Note: Specific platform experience (like WordPress or other CMS tools) is a plus, but secondary—we are fully equipped to train the right person on our stack.
