Digital Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage schedules for team members, including setting up meetings and organizing logistics.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and ensuring timely responses.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Create, organize, and maintain project documents, reports, and files, ensuring easy accessibility and accuracy.
• Data Entry: Input and manage data in various systems, maintaining data integrity and organization.
• Office Coordination: Assist in the preparation of meeting materials, arrange travel logistics, and manage office supplies.
• Process Support: Help streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team.
• General Administrative Duties: Perform a variety of tasks such as filing, data management, and supporting team members as needed.
• Social Media Content Creation: Create engaging social media posts and graphics for clients using Canva, following brand guidelines and creative direction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Experience creating social media graphics and posts using Canva.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of what makes content engaging.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on client relations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear and consistent communication.
• 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
