Job Summary
Own multi-channel demand generation and analytics, bridging campaign execution, attribution, CRM hygiene, and MarTech, while enabling Sales alignment and AI-enabled tooling to lift MQL to SQL and pipeline health.
- Demand Gen & Campaign Execution: Build and own integrated campaigns across email, paid search/social, and retargeting to drive home-buyer traffic and pipeline.
- Funnel Analytics & Attribution: Own end-to-end measurement and dashboards that translate digital activity into CAC, conversions, and pipeline impact.
- CRM & MarTech Hygiene: Clean and optimize the core marketing stack with lead scoring, automation, and lifecycle nurture workflows.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Demand Generation & Campaign Execution: Builds, owns, and executes integrated, multi-channel digital campaigns across email, paid media (Google, LinkedIn), paid social, and retargeting to drive high-quality traffic and home-buyer pipeline.
- Funnel Optimization & Analytics: Owns end-to-end attribution, performance tracking (GA4, GTM, UTMs), and ROI measurement. Build reporting dashboards that translate digital metrics into actionable business insights and full-funnel visibility (CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline quality).
- Infrastructure & CRM Hygiene: Audits, cleans up, and manages our core marketing tech stack and CRM data quality (Salesforce/HubSpot alignment). Establishes robust lead scoring, automation workflows, and lifecycle nurture sequences.
- Organic Growth & Next-Gen SEO: Drives organic customer acquisition through technical SEO, content optimization, and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/AI search visibility).
- Sales & Cross-Functional Alignment: Partners closely with Sales, Online Sales Counselors (OSCs), and Marketing leadership to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates and translate buyer intent signals into coordinated outreach.
- MarTech Innovation: Evaluates, implements, and leverages modern digital tools, AI technologies, and automation to accelerate content execution, targeting efficiency, and reporting scalability.
