Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist (Part-Time, Remote)

Responsibilities

• Email Marketing, Lead Generation & Automation
• Plan, create, schedule, and optimize email newsletters and campaigns.
• Build segmented contact lists targeting corporate event planners, associations, speaker bureaus, and potential clients.
• Research qualified prospects and develop personalized B2B outreach campaigns.
• Create automated email sequences, nurture campaigns, and follow-up workflows.
• Maintain accurate contact records, prospect activity, and follow-up tasks in CRM systems.
• Monitor email deliverability, list quality, and campaign performance.
• Track qualified conversations, inquiries, and booking opportunities.
• Website Management & Conversion Optimization
• Maintain and update an existing WordPress website.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or professional services.
• Demonstrated experience managing email campaigns, outbound prospecting, and marketing automation.
• Strong working knowledge of WordPress and on-page SEO.
• Experience using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Ability to develop and execute content marketing strategies.
• Experience with CRM systems, contact segmentation, and lead nurturing.
• Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to produce professional U.S.-market content.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and proactively recommend improvements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to demonstrate actual marketing work and measurable results.

Preferred

• Experience marketing speakers, authors, consultants, coaches, or other expertise-driven businesses.
• Familiarity with speaker bureaus, event planners, or professional speaking engagements.
• Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
• Familiarity with Pipedrive or comparable CRM platforms.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, and social media scheduling tools.
• Working knowledge of AI-assisted search optimization and content discovery.
• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar AI productivity tools.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
