Job Summary

Own cross functional marketing programs by translating product integration into audience plans, coordinating with PMM and Product, and proving impact across acquisition, activation and retention.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and lead integration of Express product/offers into BP&C customer marketing audience strategy (e.g., a key product area, segment, lifecycle stage, or top initiative).
Translate business objectives and customer insights into actionable coordinated marketing plans and program delivery.
Develop coordinated briefs, strategic recommendations, and messaging frameworks for your priority area.
Partner with PMM, Product, Brand Studio, Media, Web, Analytics, and International teams to bring work to life.
Lead cross-functional execution across channels, creative development, and customer touchpoints.
Drive alignment and clarity on your priority with senior partners, advancing risks, trade-offs, and dependencies.
Measure performance, connect results to important metrics, and apply insights to future planning.
Mentor junior team members, helping develop strategic capability across the field.
Collaborate with the Director and Sr. Director on shared initiatives, contributing to strategic frameworks and long-range planning.

Requirements

10–12+ years of experience in coordinated marketing, customer marketing, or lifecycle strategy.
Proven ability to lead complex programs independently and deliver measurable results.
Strong critical thinking, cross-functional influence, and executive-ready communication skills.
Ability to synthesize customer insights, business objectives, and creative strategy into cohesive plans.
Experience guiding creative and channel strategy across awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention.
Recognized as a strong collaborator and strategic partner across multiple teams.
