Job Description

Responsibilities

Partner with customer sales teams to develop and execute growth strategies
Influence brand and marketing initiatives to align with customer needs and opportunities
Serve as the voice of the customer internally, identifying opportunities, risks, and marketplace trends
Lead communication and coordination across Sales and Marketing teams to ensure consistent execution
Develop compelling sales tools, storytelling, and commercialization support
Support innovation summits, line reviews, and strategic customer engagements
Build scalable processes, frameworks, and best practices to improve commercial execution
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive enterprise initiatives and business performance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 8+ years of experience in CPG, retail, customer marketing, category management, or sales planning
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
Experience partnering with sales and marketing teams to drive growth
Ability to influence across functions and lead through collaboration
