Job Description

Responsibilities

Own go-to-market execution for every new product and feature launch, from brief to go-live.
Turn product strategy into messaging customers actually understand.
Research the market and competitors to sharpen positioning and adoption campaigns.
Build and maintain a repeatable customer proof engine, turning interviews into case studies, video, and sales assets.
Work with Customer Success to create product updates, launch emails, and educational campaigns that help customers get more from Ludus.
Partner with the outreach and engagement team on retention and advocacy campaigns that turn customers into references.
Develop content that supports executive thought leadership and customer education.
Help shape website messaging and content when needed.
Work closely with Design, Video, Content, Outreach, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align messaging and bring launches to life. You’ll own the outcome while collaborating with specialists across the company.

Requirements

Three or more years in product marketing, customer marketing, content marketing, communications, or a combination of those.
SaaS and small company experience preferred.

Preferred

HubSpot experience.
Competitive analysis and customer advocacy program experience.
Performing arts, arts education, or education technology experience, including familiarity with how arts educators and program directors make buying decisions.
