Customer Insight Analyst – Confidential Irish Business (via IT Search) – South Dublin

Responsibilities

• Customer Insight and Segmentation
• Own behavioural segmentation and turn it into clear customer insight.
• Use propensity and predictive analytics to drive customer activity.
• Personalisation and Campaign Strategy
• Develop personalisation and next-best-action strategies.
• Analyse the performance of campaigns and customer journeys.
• Lead a consistent test-and-learn approach across marketing activity.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with the Data, CRM and Marketing teams to put insight into practice.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills.
• Solid experience in customer analytics.

Preferred

• Exposure to segmentation and propensity modelling.
• Experience with predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or personalisation programmes.
• Knowledge of Python (useful, although not essential).
