Responsibilities

• 📝 Own creative brief development, UGC creator direction, script writing, creative messaging, and maintaining the "What's Working" documentation independently.
• 📑 Create structured creative briefs for designers, video editors, and creators across Meta, TikTok, and Youtube
• 🎯 Define core concepts, hooks, angles, and formats for each product drop or seasonal campaign. Develop ad angles, hooks, scripts, headlines, and messaging frameworks designed to drive performance across paid social channels
• 📌 Align messaging with both brand voice and platform-specific performance nuances
• 👥 Partner with Head of Performance Marketing and UGC creators to sync on product priorities, launch timing, and CTA strategy
• 🤖 Continuously identify and implement AI workflows that improve creative quality, research speed, briefing, scripting, and concept generation.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years in performance creative, paid social, or UGC-driven marketing at a DTC brand or growth agency
• Strong grasp of paid social ad anatomy (hooks, scroll-stoppers, CTA structure) Excellent communicator — both in brief writing and giving clear feedback
• Obsessed with testing, learning, and building frameworks that scale
• Deeply collaborative: thrives in a small team where iteration happens fast

Preferred

• Bonus: Copywriting or visual design background is a plus (but not required)
