Responsibilities

Develop breakthrough visual concepts for integrated campaigns across broadcast, video, social, digital, print, and experiential
Bring solid design, typography, composition, and art direction craft to campaign ideas from first concept through final execution
Partner with copywriters, designers, strategists, and production teams to build ideas that are clear, compelling, and brand-right
Translate business goals, audience insights, and creative briefs into campaign concepts that work across channels
Present creative thinking clearly and confidently to stakeholders, explaining the idea, design rationale, and channel execution
Provide thoughtful direction and feedback to external agencies and production partners to strengthen concepts, design, and execution
Help mentor designers and creative partners by sharing feedback, modeling solid craft, and raising the quality of the work

Requirements

8+ years of art direction and design experience in an agency, in-house, or hybrid creative environment
Proficiency with creative and business tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and related collaboration platforms
Demonstrated solid conceptual thinking with a proven ability to develop campaign ideas across broadcast, video, social, and integrated channels
Demonstrated clear, confident communication and the ability to manage multiple projects, partners, and rounds of feedback
Deep design and typography craft, with a refined eye for layout, composition, motion-friendly storytelling, and brand systems
A portfolio that shows bold ideas, solid visual storytelling, elevated design craft, and work that moves fluidly across channels
