Art direct photography, video, and content productions from concept through final delivery.
Partner closely with copywriters, designers, marketers, merchants, and producers to create cohesive campaign experiences.
Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards while pushing the work forward in fresh, relevant ways.
Manage multiple projects, timelines, and feedback cycles with exceptional organization and attention to detail.
Bring cultural insights, fashion trends, and customer understanding into the creative process.
Present ideas confidently and contribute to a culture of creative excellence.

Requirements

Strong art direction portfolio showcasing fashion, retail, lifestyle, or brand campaign work.
Exceptional visual storytelling skills and a refined creative point of view.
Experience leading photography, video, and integrated campaign productions.
Highly organized approach to managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
Passion for fashion, culture, and emerging trends that inspire relevant creative solutions.
Ability to balance big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to execution.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
Confidence presenting creative concepts and incorporating feedback effectively.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and creative workflow tools.
