Job Summary
You will own end-to-end client relationships and oversee creative delivery, testing, and growth initiatives across accounts, using AI daily to sharpen briefs, feedback, and research.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships across accounts
- Lead creative rounds from brief through delivery for static, video, and UGC
- Identify scope, pricing, and early flagging of scope creep with the Account Director

Responsibilities
- Day-to-day client communication and the relationship on every account you run
- Creative rounds end to end: brief, feedback, revisions and delivery across static, video and UGC
- Each contract's scope, turnaround commitments and overage terms. Flag scope creep early and price the extra work
- Creative performance: read results with the media team and bring the client the next test
- Growth: spot new work inside existing accounts and build the case with your Account Director
- Speed: use AI every day on briefs, feedback rollups, recaps and research
- Clean project management: every Asana task has an owner and a due date
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of account management working with creative teams, agency or brand side
- Consumer brand experience (DTC, retail, ecommerce), not B2B or lead gen
- Has shipped paid social and digital creative for channels like Meta, TikTok and YouTube
- Has run client relationships directly, not only supported them
- Can show how they use AI in their work today
- Stable job history
- Based in New York
