Responsibilities

Write compelling, high-performing copy for paid media campaigns, landing pages, emails, SMS, product descriptions, blogs, and other digital channels
Develop persuasive direct-response and brand storytelling content that highlights product benefits and drives customer conversions
Create clear, concise, and engaging scripts for Video Sales Letters (VSLs) and other video assets
Adapt tone, voice, and messaging to fit various target audiences, campaigns, and distribution channels
Optimize all copy for SEO, engagement, and conversion while ensuring compliance with FTC and FDA regulations
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to maintain an organized content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all assets
Work with Product Development and Customer Experience teams to translate complex information into educational and consumer-friendly messaging
Partner with Paid Media, Social, Content, Design, and Email/SMS teams to align copy with campaign goals and creative strategies
Serve as a key proofreader for marketing and product assets, ensuring quality, accuracy, clarity, tone, and brand consistency
Utilize data-driven insights and A/B testing to refine messaging, headlines, and ad copy for optimal performance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in writing direct-response, performance-based, or e-commerce marketing copy
Proven portfolio showcasing high-performing digital content such as ads, landing pages, emails, or product descriptions
Familiarity with product claims, disclaimers, and regulatory guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate brand representation
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail
Knowledge of SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing methodologies
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
