Responsibilities
- designing and running A/B and multivariate tests, analyzing user behavior, and collaborating across teams to build high-converting digital experiences.
- You’ll use data and AI not just for reporting, but to uncover actionable insights and shape the evolution of our performance technology—always with an eye on ethical, audience-first outcomes.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ hands-on experience in CRO, growth marketing, or digital analytics
- Proficiency with analytics (GA4), user behavior tools (Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Clarity), and testing platforms
- Basic HTML, CSS, and Google Tag Manager skills
- Analytical mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving
- Strong communicator, collaborator, and fast learner—especially with AI and automation
- Comfortable working remotely, flexibly, and with a results-oriented team
