Job Summary

Own the end-to-end social media content cycle for Skillability Soccer Training, from content planning and production to posting, engagement, and backlog management, across Instagram, Facebook, and Stories, while coordinating with photographers and videographers and repurposing content.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining a weekly social media content calendar
  • Scheduling and publishing posts
  • Posting Instagram and Facebook Stories regularly
  • Writing engaging captions
  • Creating carousel posts
  • Creating simple graphics and promotional content using Canva
  • Repurposing existing photos and videos into additional content
  • Editing short-form videos and Reels when needed
  • Sharing testimonials, player success stories, training clips, announcements, educational content, and behind-the-scenes moments
  • Keeping social media profiles, highlights, links, and information current

Requirements

  • Understand Instagram and Facebook
  • Have experience creating social media content
  • Understand what makes a good Instagram Reel
  • Are comfortable using Canva
  • Have experience with CapCut or similar video-editing software
  • Can write clear, engaging captions
  • Are comfortable using an iPhone to capture photos and videos
  • Are highly organized
  • Can follow a content calendar
  • Meet deadlines consistently

Preferred

  • Soccer knowledge
  • Sports marketing experience
  • Experience managing a business social media account
  • TikTok experience
