Responsibilities

• The Social Media Developer is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media content across multiple platforms to amplify Roarke Regenerative’s mission and programs.
• This role involves designing and publishing daily posts, stories, and campaigns; monitoring engagement; and optimizing content based on performance analytics.
• The Social Media Developer will collaborate with program teams to translate project updates into compelling digital narratives, support online fundraising and awareness campaigns, and maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• Day-to-day tasks include scheduling content, responding to comments and messages, fostering online community interactions, and coordinating with designers or external partners on web and social assets.
• The role also includes staying current with platform trends and tools to enhance reach and impact.

Requirements

• Ability to develop and execute strategies using Social Media and Social Networking platforms.
• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to drive engagement, awareness, and campaign performance.
• Experience with Web Design to support landing pages, campaign microsites, and cohesive visual identity.
• Strong written communication and visual storytelling skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Proficiency with social media management tools and basic analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, native platform insights).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Interest in environmental sustainability, climate action, or nonprofit work; experience in these areas is an advantage.

Preferred

• Relevant education or experience in marketing, communications, design, or a related field is preferred.
