Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer (CMO)

Responsibilities

• Brand positioning, messaging and creative direction across P3 and its portfolio
• Property branding, corporate marketing, investor materials, websites, advertising, social content, photography, video, print, signage, presentations and events
• The full marketing process, from business objective and creative brief through production, review, launch and measurement, plus the budget and partners needed to run it
• How P3 shows up for prospective residents, investors, tenants, partners, guests and employees
• Close work with ownership, senior leadership, and our acquisitions, property management, hospitality, construction, leasing and capital teams
• Helping shape the marketing workflows and data inside Bluestone, P3’s own operating platform

Requirements

• A strategist first: before anyone opens a design file, you know who we’re talking to and why they would choose us
• A track record of giving a brand, property or company a point of view and moving real business results
• The ability to turn a rough idea into a clear brief for designers, photographers, copywriters, developers or agencies, then review the work critically
• A commercial mindset: the work has to look excellent and also accomplish something
• Comfort using AI to research, challenge assumptions, test messaging and move faster

Preferred

• Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
