Brand Lead, Relutrigine

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the brand strategy and marketing plan, informed by patient, caregiver, healthcare professional, and market insights.
• Lead brand launch readiness, coordinating marketing priorities, timelines, and deliverables with cross-functional partners.
• Build and develop a high-performing marketing team with clear priorities and accountability.
• Manage marketing budgets and agency partners, evaluate performance, and adapt plans to improve results.
• Ensure marketing programs and materials meet quality, compliance, and review requirements.

Requirements

• Biopharmaceutical marketing experience, including recent product launch experience; rare disease experience is strongly preferred, with epilepsy or DEE experience a plus
• A track record of translating strategic thinking into effective marketing execution
• Experience leading and developing teams and working effectively across functions
• Sound judgment and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-moving environment
• Clear, candid communication and curiosity about different perspectives
• The physical and mental requirements of our roles include but are not limited to regular use of a computer, devices or other office equipment, clear communication, and occasional movement.
