Responsibilities

• AI-Powered Content Creation
• Use the latest AI tools to create professional-quality videos, short-form reels, graphics, images, written content, captions, and other digital marketing assets.
• Produce engaging content optimized for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Use AI to develop content ideas, scripts, hooks, headlines, storytelling concepts, and campaigns.
• Transform basic ideas, notes, products, and existing materials into polished, platform-ready content.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and quality standard across all channels.
• Content Automation & Workflow Development
• Build and manage automated content creation, scheduling, publishing, and distribution workflows.
• Connect AI tools, social media platforms, and automation systems to reduce repetitive manual tasks.
• Use tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, APIs, and other relevant technologies to streamline workflows.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise using modern AI tools for social media content creation and digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with AI-generated video, image creation, copywriting, editing, and content repurposing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and organic growth strategies.
• Practical experience building automated workflows that connect multiple applications and services.
• Ability to independently research, learn, and implement new AI software as it becomes available.
• Strong creative judgment, writing skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage projects independently, meet deadlines, and deliver consistent results.
• A portfolio demonstrating actual AI-generated content, successful campaigns, or automation projects.

Preferred

• Experience with some of the following tools is a plus. We value demonstrated proficiency and the ability to learn new tools over familiarity with any single brand.
• AI Video & Editing: Runway, Kling, Sora, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript, HeyGen.
• AI Images & Design: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, and other advanced image-generation tools.
• AI Writing & Research: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other leading AI assistants and research tools.
• Automation & Integration: n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and AI agents.
• Social Media Management: Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, Metricool, and native platform publishing tools.
• The specific tools we use will evolve as the technology advances. Candidates should be comfortable evaluating and adopting new solutions rather than relying on a fixed set of software.
