Regan Communications Group (RCG) is currently seeking a qualified candidate to serve as Administrative Assistant. This individual needs to be reliable, honest, and organized, with a positive attitude. They are expected to be punctual and a good multi-tasker as the days are fast paced, and the Chairman's schedule is ever-changing.

Primary responsibilities of the position are as follows:

• Manage and maintain the Chairman’s appointment calendar by planning, scheduling and confirming meetings and appointments
• Placing and taking phone calls to and from clients/personal contacts
• Schedule personal appointments and events which include all relevant details such as location, contacts, phone numbers, etc.
• Coordinate corporate and personal travel including airfare, hotel, car service, restaurant reservations, itinerary, and materials
• Maintain various contacts and files of the Chairman’s
• Manage all written and email correspondence
• Drive Chairman to and from meetings and appointments
• Manage all company cars ie. keep all cars filled with gas, routine maintenance (oil changes, inspection stickers, registration stickers, etc.)
• Miscellaneous errands or pick up/drop offs for company
• Dog friendly office, afternoon puppy drop off to Quincy
• Monitor/manage all company credit card expenses; responsible for recording billable expenses
• Manage and coordinate distribution of company season tickets

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Excellent administrative, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Performs well independently and under pressure; diplomatic and professional while working with clients and co-workers
• Detail orientated
• Recognizes, understands, and respects confidentiality
• Possesses outstanding work ethic and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000/year
