Social Media & Marketing Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish social media content for multiple client accounts
• Create graphics and marketing materials using Canva and Adobe programs
• Assist with short-form video and other digital content
• Create and manage Meta/Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
• Assist with managing and updating Google Business Profiles
• Monitor social accounts, campaigns, comments, messages, and approvals
• Assist with end-of-month reporting and marketing assessments
• Gather and organize social media, advertising, and campaign performance data
• Communicate with clients regarding content, approvals, promotions, and other marketing needs
• Keep track of client requests, deadlines, and upcoming projects

• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Business Profiles
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Canva
• Creating and managing business social media content
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
• Marketing / Social Media: 2 years (Preferred)

• Creative with a good eye for design, branding, and social media content
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple clients, projects, and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Dependable, proactive, and able to take direction and feedback
• Comfortable balancing creative, marketing, event, and administrative responsibilities
• Willing and eager to learn new platforms, software, processes, and areas of marketing
• An interest in developing copywriting skills for social media, email marketing, and other marketing content is a plus
