Account Supervisor, Digital

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client interactions with confidence and ease, providing excellent client service and serving as a primary point of contact
• Lead and execute consumer-first, results-driven client strategies and brand campaigns
• Own and maintain budget trackers, managing ongoing account budgets with accuracy and accountability
• Support new business development efforts, including contributing to and assisting in the preparation of new business presentations
• Take a proactive approach to team management, effectively managing up and down across all levels of the business
• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to junior team members, fostering growth and accountability
• Manage the day-to-day influencer and organic social workflows across accounts and junior team, as well as influencer-related vendors/agents/influencer agencies
• Strategize, ideate, and execute influencer campaigns , including:
• Conducting influencer outreach, campaign management, and performance tracking to ensure successful execution and measurable results
• Providing a unique POV of the influencer marketing space and applying to client teams to tell brands' stories
