Job Summary

Own and orchestrate the ABM program across target accounts, coordinating with Sales, CS, and RevOps to select, prioritize, and engage high-potential segments with personalized plays while driving expansion and cross-functional alignment.

  • Lead target account selection and data-driven refreshes with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Design and execute multi-channel, personalized plays and messaging by account, industry, and persona.
  • Monitor engagement, pipeline, and win rate, and optimize plays with RevOps and marketing leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and run the ABM program: account tiering, 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many plays, and the operating rhythm that keeps Sales and Marketing working the same list.
  • Own target account selection with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps, for both new logo and expansion. Defend the list with data, and refresh it on a cadence.
  • Design account plays built around our own product: personalized demo experiences, personalized URLs, and tailored product content as the centerpiece rather than another email.
  • Orchestrate multi-threading into buying groups. Identify the stakeholders we're missing and run the plays that surface them. Work closely with Product Marketing on key personas and how to win them.
  • Turn signals into action. Combine intent, product engagement, and web de-anonymization into a prioritized, specific next step for SDRs and AEs.
  • Partner with SDR, AE & RevOps leadership on shared account plans, follow-up SLAs, and the feedback loop that tells us which plays actually work.
  • Support expansion plays into the installed base with Customer Success and Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Work with Brand, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing to personalize messaging by account, industry, and persona without rebuilding everything from scratch each time.
  • Own the ABM stack in partnership with RevOps, keep it clean, adopted, and worth what we pay for it.
  • Report clearly on account engagement, meetings, pipeline, and win rate, and be honest about which tiers are paying off.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B marketing with 2+ years running account based marketing programs, ideally for enterprise or strategic segments.
  • Hands-on with the ABM and signal stack (intent, de-anonymization, orchestration, CRM, and marketing automation) and comfortable building in them yourself.
  • Genuinely sales-adjacent. You like being in account planning meetings, you take feedback from reps seriously, and you measure yourself by what closes.
  • A sharp writer who can personalize without sounding like a mail merge.
  • Scrappy and resourceful; this program doesn't exist yet, and you're excited about that.
  • A strong partner and collaborator who's trusted cross-functionally — and who likes to have fun (a good sense of humor is a must).

Preferred

  • Domain fit preferred: experience selling to pre-sales, revenue, or marketing leaders.

Benefits

  • Health & Wellness: Benefit from a generous employer contribution towards health insurance, with a variety of plans that include dental and vision coverage. Enjoy employer contributions to your HSA, and take advantage of HSA/FSA programs to maximize your tax savings.
  • Retirement Ready: Secure your future with our 401(k) plan featuring company-matching contributions.
  • Family First: We offer paid parental leave, so you can prioritize what matters most—your family.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy unlimited PTO and 12 company holidays to recharge and refresh. Celebrate your birthday with a day off, and enjoy Flex Fridays, where every third Friday of the month is yours to unwind.
  • Flexible Work Options: Work in a flexible, remote environment that suits your lifestyle, with a top-tier WFH setup provided when you join.
  • Grow with Us: Participate in our professional development program to expand your skills and advance your career.
  • Give Back: Make a difference in your community with two paid volunteer days each year at a charity of your choice
