Job Summary

Own end-to-end redemption marketing for Ultimate Rewards, driving segmentation driven campaigns and cross-team collaboration to improve the redemption experience and results.

  • Own redemption strategy across card portfolios and cross‑functional partnerships to lift engagement and redemption rates.
  • Lead segmentation and personalized programs for eligible or likely redeemers to improve activation and uptake.
  • Build reporting and analytics to measure redemption campaigns at portfolio and aggregate levels, turning data into action.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute Ultimate Rewards redemption strategies across credit card products, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Develop and manage segmentation strategies to deliver personalized marketing programs for customers who are eligible for or likely to redeem
  • Build and maintain reporting for redemption-focused campaigns, tracking engagement metrics at both the portfolio and aggregate level
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to synthesize campaign results and develop new tactics that improve the redemption experience
  • Enhance existing Ultimate Rewards marketing campaigns and create new strategies tailored to specific customer segments
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders, leading through collaboration and influence across teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 4 years of direct marketing experience, with demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution
  • Experience working with multiple internal and external partners across complex, matrixed organizations
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify clear objectives, leverage data to inform strategy, and measure success effectively
  • Proven ability to influence and gain buy-in across teams without direct authority
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives concurrently
  • Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying solutions
  • Commitment to maintaining a strong control environment and adhering to risk and compliance procedures

Preferred

  • Experience in credit card marketing and/or loyalty and rewards marketing
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field
  • Experience designing omnichannel lifecycle journeys across email, site, and in-app ecosystems
  • Experience partnering with analytics and insights teams to translate performance data into campaign optimizations
  • Track record of improving existing campaigns while simultaneously developing new strategies for specific customer segments
