Job Summary

Own local referral-network management in Dallas with on‑site visits to hospitals, clinics, and community partners to educate and source opportunities.

  • Build and maintain Dallas referral relationships across hospitals, physician offices, and community groups.
  • Visit facilities in person and educate sources on agency services to generate referrals.
  • Track activity and follow up on referral opportunities with weekly reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships throughout the Dallas area
  • Conduct in-person visits to hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, nursing facilities, and community organizations
  • Educate referral sources about agency services
  • Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach activities
  • Follow up with referral sources and referral opportunities
  • Submit weekly activity reports
