Job Summary

Own the admissions flow and family engagement for a Catholic K 8, turning inquiries into enrollments while building local brand and partnerships.

  • Own multi-channel inquiries, tours, events, and follow-ups to drive applications.
  • Maintain enrollment data and report metrics to leadership.
  • Build relationships with parishes, preschools, and community groups to grow local enrollment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families.
  • Manage inquiries from prospective students and families via phone, email, website, and social media.
  • Coordinate school tours, shadow days, and family visits.
  • Maintain and update prospective student records within PowerSchool and other enrollment systems.
  • Assist families with the application, enrollment, tuition assistance, and scholarship processes, including but not limited to EdChoice.
  • Conduct follow-up communication with prospective families throughout the admissions process.
  • Coordinate admissions events including Open Houses, Preschool Preview Nights, Kindergarten Information Nights, and community outreach events; Back to School Celebrations, 8th Grade graduation, all 8th Grade events, and other events as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local parishes, preschools, and community organizations to support enrollment growth.
  • Track admissions and enrollment data and provide regular reports to the Principal.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, school newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, education, public relations, business, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
  • Comfortable interacting with students, families, faculty, and community members.
  • Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education.

Preferred

  • Experience in admissions, enrollment management, marketing, communications, or customer relations.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Familiarity with Canva, website management platforms, photography, and video editing.
  • Experience with PowerSchool or similar student information systems.
  • Knowledge of Catholic schools and parish communities.
