Job Summary

Own the paid media levers and landing-page CRO for a multi-market growth engine, tightening funnel activation from first click to conversion and beyond.

Growth Ownership: Manage budget, optimize campaigns, and surface market-level growth opportunities across core paid channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Owning growth and performance across paid channels for our core markets, managing budget allocation, campaign optimisation, and market-level growth opportunities
Leading landing page creation and optimisation for paid acquisition traffic, owning the CRO testing roadmap, including test ideation, prioritisation, execution, and analysis
Working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Analytics, CRM/CMS, and web teams to improve website layout, user journey, and funnel conversion
Leading technical/process projects required to enable faster landing page changes, website layout updates, and scalable experimentation
Identifying opportunities to improve conversion efficiency beyond media buying, including messaging, page structure, forms, and funnel experience

Requirements

4+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns or academic exposure
A degree in business, marketing, data, computer science, or related field
Experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4, and GTM
Knowledge of web attribution and experimentation frameworks, such as incrementality testing
Expertise in analysing data and solving quantitative problems
A solid understanding of CRO and landing page optimisation
The ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights
A KPI-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
The ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Impeccable communication and project management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Fluency in English

Preferred

An understanding of marketing in a regulated industry, such as fintech
Familiarity with in-app marketing
