Job Summary

Own the paid media levers and landing-page CRO for a multi-market growth engine, tightening funnel activation from first click to conversion and beyond.

  • Growth Ownership: Manage budget, optimize campaigns, and surface market-level growth opportunities across core paid channels.
  • Landing Page & CRO: Drive test ideation, prioritisation, execution, and analysis for paid traffic and improve funnel conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Delivery: Align with Product, Design, Analytics, CRM/CMS, and web teams to optimize layout and user journeys across the site.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Owning growth and performance across paid channels for our core markets, managing budget allocation, campaign optimisation, and market-level growth opportunities
  • Leading landing page creation and optimisation for paid acquisition traffic, owning the CRO testing roadmap, including test ideation, prioritisation, execution, and analysis
  • Working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Analytics, CRM/CMS, and web teams to improve website layout, user journey, and funnel conversion
  • Leading technical/process projects required to enable faster landing page changes, website layout updates, and scalable experimentation
  • Identifying opportunities to improve conversion efficiency beyond media buying, including messaging, page structure, forms, and funnel experience

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns or academic exposure
  • A degree in business, marketing, data, computer science, or related field
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4, and GTM
  • Knowledge of web attribution and experimentation frameworks, such as incrementality testing
  • Expertise in analysing data and solving quantitative problems
  • A solid understanding of CRO and landing page optimisation
  • The ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights
  • A KPI-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • The ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Impeccable communication and project management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English

Preferred

  • An understanding of marketing in a regulated industry, such as fintech
  • Familiarity with in-app marketing
