Job Description

Responsibilities

Growth strategy across all platforms
Own the growth strategy across our paid and owned channels — Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon Ads, email and SMS
Decide where budget goes, what gets tested, and in what order, based on what the numbers actually show
Build a coherent funnel across channels, so cold traffic, retargeting and retention are working to the same plan rather than competing
Report on CAC, ROAS, contribution margin and LTV, and adjust the plan as they move
Creative concepts and ad creative
Develop creative concepts and messaging angles grounded in our customer’s real symptoms, frustrations and buying triggers
Write the copy and build the creative briefs — hooks, scripts, formats, storyboards
Produce the creative: ideally by working with AI creative platforms to generate and iterate at volume, and by briefing our designer where a human hand is needed
Run a structured, documented testing cadence across concepts, formats, audiences and offers — not ad hoc launches

Requirements

4/5+ years in growth or performance marketing, with meaningful time in-house or embedded at a DTC/ecommerce brand
A track record of setting growth strategy AND executing it personally — we will ask what you built with your own hands
Hands-on ownership of paid social, particularly Meta — you have made the creative and managed the spend, not only reported on it
Strong copywriting, with the judgement to write for a sceptical, well-informed audience
Fluency with AI creative tools for generating and iterating ad creative at volume, or clear appetite to get there fast
Experience writing creative and landing page briefs that designers and developers can build from without hand-holding
Deep working knowledge of Klaviyo or a comparable ESP — flows, segmentation, deliverability
Demonstrable retention or LTV work, ideally on a subscription or repeat-purchase product
Comfortable with analytics and attribution — you can tell us what is genuinely working and what is noise
Self-directed. Two days a week only works if you can set your own priorities and run with them

Preferred

Supplements, health, wellness or another regulated category
Familiarity with UK health claims and advertising rules (ASA/CAP, GB nutrition and health claims register)
Experience marketing to women’s health audiences, or genuine interest in the category
Video editing or creative production skills
Amazon advertising experience
Shopify theme or landing page builder experience
