Job Summary
Own multi-channel campaigns end to end, translating research and competitive insights into strategy, collaborating with execution/analytics to optimize ROI, while steering budgets and team coaching where needed.
- Campaign Ownership: plan and coordinate multi-channel programs across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Strategy & Insight: translate market/audience/competitor signals into actionable campaigns with cross-team collaboration.
- Optimization & Governance: monitor performance, optimise activity, manage budgets, and provide coaching for Campaign Managers when applicable.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Collaborating with specialist execution and analytics teams to deliver high-performing campaigns
- Using market research, audience insights and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy
- Monitoring campaign performance, analysing results and continuously optimising activity to maximise return on investment
- Managing campaign budgets and ensuring effective use of marketing resources
- Depending on your area of responsibility, you may also lead and develop a team of Campaign Managers, providing coaching, guidance and strategic oversight
Requirements
- Proven track record of developing and delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns that achieve measurable results
- Strong budget and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience creating compelling marketing content across a range of channels, particularly email marketing
