Job Summary

Own the content led lead generation engine with a focus on Meta campaigns, short form video, and social content that drives inbound inquiries and client engagements.

  • Content Production: Own content creation and repurposing for social, video, and email to fuel inbound leads
  • Campaign & Funnel Ownership: Manage Meta ads, creative development, and nurture flows to convert prospects
  • Performance & Opportunity: Monitor results and spot both paid and organic growth opportunities across platforms

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create content designed to generate inbound leads and enquiries
  • Develop marketing campaigns that attract potential clients
  • Create and manage content for Meta advertising campaigns
  • Write ad copy and assist with creative development
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Identify new opportunities to generate leads through organic and paid marketing
  • Help build marketing funnels and nurture prospects
  • Create and edit short-form video content
  • Produce content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Film and edit client success stories, case studies and testimonials

Requirements

  • Marketing: 3 years (required)
  • Understand s lead generation and digital marketing
  • Has knowledge of Meta Ads and how they generate leads
  • Strong video editing skills
  • Comfortable using Canva
  • Excellent written communication
  • Organised and proactive
  • Confident managing multiple projects
  • Familiar with social media platforms

Preferred

  • Interest in fitness, business or marketing would be a bonus
