Requirements

experience creating content for social platforms;
strong short-form video editing skills;
excellent written English;
strong visual judgement;
a good understanding of Instagram;
an instinct for what makes people stop, watch, save or share;
the ability to work independently and reliably publish;
curiosity about people and an ability to recognise a good story;
sensitivity to an established brand without making it feel over-marketed.

Preferred

Photography, filmmaking, graphic design or editorial experience would all be valuable.
Experience with RedNote / Xiaohongshu would be particularly useful. Mandarin would be a significant advantage, though neither is essential.
