Responsibilities
- Owning our content plan across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, and knowing why you're posting what you're posting
- Shooting, editing and writing it all: photos, video, captions, gifs and whatever format comes next
- Running our paid social, from the idea right through to the results
- Being the voice in our comments and DMs. Our followers are real people, so talk to them like it
- Looking after influencer and brand collabs, and working with our PR team on campaigns
- Writing occational blog posts for the salon website and keeping our Squarespace sites fresh
- Telling us what's working in a monthly report, in plain English
Requirements
- Social media management: 5 years (required)
- Work Location: Hybrid remote and in London across our three salons.
Preferred
- Social media marketing: 3 years (preferred)
- Digital marketing: 3 years (preferred)
- You're quick on Canva, Trello and Squarespace
- You can edit video fast and make it look good
- You're up for the odd evening or weekend, because that's when salons, events and social lives happen
- You use AI as a tool and still trust your own taste
- You spot the small stuff before we do
