Job Description

Responsibilities

You will be the subject matter expert for store loyalty, using your knowledge and insights to drive customer engagement, visitation, and long-term business growth.
Demonstrated ability to leverage customer insights, behavioural trends, and performance data to identify opportunities that enhance customer engagement, loyalty, visitation, and commercial performance.
A results-driven mindset, using data, learnings, and performance measurement to evaluate initiatives, optimise future activity, and continuously improve outcomes.
Skilled in translating complex data into clear, compelling presentations and recommendations, confidently communicating insights and influencing stakeholders at all levels, from co-workers to Unit Leaders.
Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, adapting quickly to operational challenges and implementing practical, customer-focused solutions.
Excellent planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver successful activity across the IKEA calendar, key events, seasonal campaigns, and other visitation-driving initiatives.
A self-led and proactive approach to work, confidently managing your own workload, identifying priorities, and taking ownership of delivering results.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with colleagues and leaders across the store.
Interest in social media and content creation, with the ability to develop and support engaging customer communications across digital channels.
Developing and delivering local loyalty initiatives and visitation-driving activities that inspire more customers to visit the store and engage with IKEA.
